SHIPPING

We ship orders within the United States through UPS. All shipping costs are calculated and charged according to package weight and the UPS shipping rate. In-stock items will be shipped within 2-business day. When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information for your package.

Unfortunately, at this point we do not ship internationally. Please contact us at shipping@eklundgriffin.com to let us know if you are international and interested in Eklund Griffin product. Stay tuned! 

 

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

It’s our sincere hope that you love your Eklund Griffin purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy, we will accept returns for a full refund to the original method of payment or exchanges within 10 days upon receipt of your of purchase. Any returned/exchanged product must be sent back in it's original packaging with uncut hangtag and must not show any sign of use, marks or scratches, alterations, or damage of any kind. Please include a printed copy of your order receipt with the return. Eklund Griffin reserves the right to deny returns not meeting these requirements. Return postage is to be paid for by the customer, and we recommend that the product is returned via a traceable carrier. We are not responsible for missing packages. Please allow two weeks for credit to be received following our receipt of goods.

If your product is defective, please take a picture of the defective product and attach it to your email as reference.
